ok so after one of his songs all the lights went out in the place and everyone was just cheering.....then right in front of us he comes walking up! ahhh he was just feet away from me! he was so close...oh man we loved it! so he played a song there...ha ha i tried yelling at him to turn around..and he actually did once but my camera was too slow to take a picture! but still..the fact that he got this close is amazing to me!

The Rocket Summer...

Last night was probably one of the best nights of my LIFE!! i went to the rocket summer concert last night in salt lake city at a place called the venue...and it was AMAZING!! for those of you that have never heard of the rocket summer...it's one guy named Bryce Avery and he plays every instrument in his band! drums, bass, guitar, piano...and sings! aww he's amazing...seriously i NEVER get sick of his music...it's the best! i am still in a daze..ha ha the concert was the best! awww i can't wait until he comes back next year...with his new album!! sooooo once again...here are some pictures! i have videos but i don't know how to post them...any tips panda?? thanks!

BYU football

I LOVE FOOTBALL GAMES!! especially when you're sitting in the student section at byu! Me and my friend alex ferguson (ferg) bought student passes for this year! which means we get to go to all the home games for football! since ferg goes to byu she was able to get a pass for me! saturdays are so much fun...the people we sit by are way sweet..annnd of course we take tons of pictures everytime!

MAWL retreat!

...we are apart of the MAWL! the MIGHTY ATHLETIC WOLVERINE LEAGUE! me and katie are on the student council committie for the schools spirit club! so that means....we get free shirts, free entrance to every sport event, free food at the tail gate parties...and retreats to park city! yes...last weekend we got to get away with all the other committies from other clubs at the school and party it up in park city. here are just a few of the several fun pictures we took..and yes this is a little bit of a picture overload but they're just fun to look at!

YAY!! decorations! yes we are putting stuff up little by little...but it is coming along! our apartment is finally becoming our home! stacie and polly had the day off monday so they spent their day at tjmaxx..DI..ross...and the dollar store to find cute picture frames! 2 bucks for all the little ones..and 6 for the big one! SCORE!

here is the family wall...we're going to get a "family picture" of us 4 that live here...blow it up and put it in the large frame above...and then we're going to do individuals of everyone for the 4 frames! ha ha stacies idea! hilarious right?

...and the almost finished product! we now just have to fill the picture frames with fun pictures of us! our room finally looks somewhat homey! and thanks to polly...she gave us the lovely black t.v. stand! everything matches now! our next task is to get black and red pillows, pictures, a cheap rug, black coffee table from my mom and my big black love sac! after this weekend hopefully we'll have those in! i'll post pictures as we piece our family room together!

Sunday Sweets!

Sunday Sweets! so last sunday, our roommate stacie and our neighbor/friend polly (she should totally be our roommate..we love her!) made brownies for "sunday sweets" so after ward prayer in the club house we went a knocked on everyone's door in the building and told them to come to our room, #324, for some treats! a good sized group showed up and it was pretty fun! we met a lot of people that live here finally!

College Girl!

Yes, I am now officially in college! and i am loving every minute! orem is a great place to be living...UVU is the perfect school and so far my classes and professors have been great! My roommates are also the best! katie and tamori are the 2 girls i know already and the other roommate we met when we moved in is stacie purser! she is 24 and super pretty! and extremely nice! so i am very lucky with the girls that i live with! are apartment isn't quite decorated yet, but with time i'm sure we'll get it feeling like home! so don't expect anything to fantabulous in my pictures! :) My best friend Alex Ferguson is just down the road going to school at BYU and i've spent several nights hanging out with her! she was able to buy me a BYU student pass for the year, so that means me and her will get to go to all the football/basketball/soccer etc. games! So on saturday was the 1st football game and it was so much fun! then later that night we went to the huge dance that BYU was having! i've already made some stellar friends at BYU! ahhh i love it! anyways....long blog but last thing...so my friend katie (roomie!) has this "friend" that she hangs out with all the time! and this "Friend" has a roommate that katie is setting me up on a date with. This saturday! ha ha so we will have to take pictures and post it on here for all to see! sorry again this was long! (panda you better be lovin this! :) )
